I absolutely love, love, love this tea. I'm on my 3rd bag and I have noticed that I my stomach area is much smaller. Big results for something I love to drink anyway. It almost seems like cheating it's so easy. I've recommended to a few of my friends as well. They have tried it and say it tastes wonderful. My daughter's grandfather tried this tea and is also now buying it. I'm now a customer for life!
I'm very happy with this product. I had about 30 pounds to lose and 90 days later I am almost halfway there. I know it's not just drinking tea, but by substituting tea for other drinks and drinking this tea at the right times of day really seems to make a difference. I especially love the yerba mate. What an energy boost it gives me in the morning. Like rocket fuel.

Senna is a stimulant laxative, which means it works by stimulating muscles in the intestine to contract and push stool through your system. If you use senna too long, your bowel muscles may lose their normal tone and be unable to work on their own, reports FamilyDoctor.org. Some brands of dieter’s tea report the amount of senna in one tea bag or serving, but many simply list it in the ingredients, so you won’t know how much is in your cup of tea. Senna can cause cramps, abdominal pain, diarrhea and low levels of potassium. Do not use senna if you have gastrointestinal problems such as Crohn's disease. Consult your physician before using it if you're pregnant or nursing, recommends Drugs.com.

A study in the Journal of Nutrition found that arginine can decrease body fat and increase lean muscle mass, so whip up this 56-calorie metabolism booster and sip away!

Green tea, because it's less processed, has a higher concentration of polyphenols, also called catechins, then any other types of tea, including black and oolong. The catechins in the green tea are one of the active ingredients linked to weight loss. They might prevent the accumulation of body fat, as well as increase body temperature so you burn more calories.

New Delhi: Love drinking green tea? Take heart! You have many more reasons to sip on your cup of green tea. Apart from playing a vital role in weight loss and boosting immunity, antioxidant-rich green tea may also help prevent deaths due to heart attacks and strokes caused by atherosclerosis, says a new study published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry. Atherosclerosis is the narrowing of arteries due to the build-up of fats, cholesterol and other substances in and on the artery walls. The researchers found that a compound called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), found in green tea, breaks up and dissolves potentially dangerous protein plaques found in the blood vessels.

Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and various substances that are beneficial for health. Many studies have proven that green tea can help burn fat and help you lose weight. The presence of caffeine, which is well-known stimulant is said to aid fat burning and improve exercise performance in numerous studies. The active compounds in green tea can aid in this process by boosting the effects of some burning hormones.
This is the type of tea that's often served in Chinese restaurants and used to make iced tea. It’s fermented -- a process that allows it to change chemically and often increases its caffeine content. The tea has a strong, rich flavor. Whether it helps with weight loss isn't certain. But research done on rats suggests substances called polyphenols in black tea might help block fat from being absorbed in the intestines.
White tea is dried naturally, often in sunlight, making it the least processed and richest source of antioxidants among teas (as much as three times as many polyphenols as green tea!). A study published in the journal Nutrition and Metabolism showed that white tea can simultaneously boost lipolysis (the breakdown of fat) and block adipogenesis (the formation of fat cells) due to high levels of ingredients thought to be active on human fat cells. If there’s such a thing as diet tea, this is it. And while you’re on the 7-Day Flat-Belly Tea Cleanse, chill out with these delicious and refreshing 5 Best Iced Tea Smoothies for Weight Loss!
Blending green tea and avocado makes for an excellent combination of protein, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants. Just combine a tablespoon of green tea, half an avocado, one banana, and enough hot water for everything to blend well (about half a cup). Seep the green tea in the heated water for half an hour, and process everything together in the blender to create a subtly sweet breakfast smoothie.
Depending on if the person follows the directions for intake and purchasing the correct brand with the proper fat burning ingredients, diet tea is known to aide weight loss extensively. Diet teas that are void of specific fat burning and appetite suppressing ingredients are known to be of little benefit. See your physician before including it in your daily eating regimen.

I got this product because I saw one my Instagram followers use it to detox. I thought it would be like a full detox drink that you use and stay home for the next 3 hours ha. For me I got the extra strength one and I noticed I do have to go to the bathroom maybe about 1-2hrs after drinking one tea bag but its not an "omg I need to hurry now" but a natural "hey you gotta go to the bathroom when you see one lol. The tea is good every once in a while, I wouldn't use it too much because then you'll just dehydrate yourself. I use it more when I travel a lot and get a little constipated or during my menstrual cycle when hormones tend to stop the flow of things.

Diet teas are marketed as a way to cleanse, detox, and generally support weight loss, but the evidence that they do any of these things is sketchy at best. Most diet teas—also called slimming teas or weight-loss teas—are based on the herb senna. Senna, FDA-approved for the treatment of occasional constipation, contains chemicals that irritate the large intestine and cause a laxative effect.
