UPDATE: Ok so today is 3/21/16 and as I promised I am back with my two week update. So at my last weigh in on 3/7/16 I was at 386.4lbs and TODAY I weighed in at 376.4lbs and I AM SOOO HAPPY!!!! these pills really do work (FOR ME) I still take the pills EVERY DAY 4X/DAY and I still drink 2ltrs of water a day, stay under 50 carbs and work out 3-4 times a week AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS. I love that these pills help me control my eating because with out them I don't think I would be as successful as I am today.
