I don't normally write reviews this quick, but this stuff is great! I take medication that causes severe constipation with very few successful BM's every few days. I've tried all of the "gentle" laxatives out there, milk of magnesia, fiber, etc. The store bought laxatives just dehydrate me and I feel like I'm dying in the bathroom. I get plenty of fiber in my diet but after a few days my body gets used to it and I'm back to square one. Dr Axe, please help. I’m living in Ghana Africa, been here 1 1/2 yrs. I just starting finding a little pink trail on the outside of my underwear, not kidding.
