Honestly, I'm kind of disappointed with this. I feel like it really didn't do anything at all and I was actually looking forward to trying this detox cleanse because of the results it promised. However, nothing changed and I still feel the same as I did before I even tried it. Maybe this is just one of those fake "sugar pills" and I wasted my money. hi, i was wondering if you can help me. Another significant factor to remember when embarking on any sort of colon cleanse diet is the importance of easing in and out of it, particularly if you are sticking to one of the stricter raw diets or are fasting.
