Just came back from my first colonic. I could relate to many of the above comments. It did not hurt at all, chatted away with the therapist whilst she massaged my stomach. Not much came out after what was a promising start from the first flush but at the end of the session I was on the loo for a while. Basically I will try anything to relieve my symptoms of bloat gas and abdomen pain. So in for a penny in for a pound booked the second session already.
