I have had Crohn's disease for almost 40 years. For the last decade it's been fairly well controlled re: gastric symptoms via diet and low-dose naltrexone (LDN) -- though my immune system problems are not. After two surgeries long ago I'm missing a good-sized chunk of my small intestine. As I have a short bowel I have AT LEAST two bowels movements a day, very often three, sometimes four (usually not diarrhea). My colon has not been involved in the disease.

What's pizza made of? White flour and cheese. White flour and water is used to make wallpaper paste. And cheese (casein), at one time, was the primary ingredient in Elmer's Glue (thus Elmer's picture on the front). I don't normally write reviews this quick, but this stuff is great! I take medication that causes severe constipation with very few successful BM's every few days. I've tried all of the "gentle" laxatives out there, milk of magnesia, fiber, etc. The store bought laxatives just dehydrate me and I feel like I'm dying in the bathroom. I get plenty of fiber in my diet but after a few days my body gets used to it and I'm back to square one. I took my first pill at bedtime last night (after reading prior comments saying one was more than enough) and I'm glad I didn't take two. I woke up around 7 with some mild cramps (which I expected because I'm very backed up) , but more the urge to go than anything. It's now 10am and I've had 3 very successful BM's and I already feel much more energetic and less bloated than I usually do. I know my body has a lot of nasty junk in it and I'm more than confident this product will fix that!
